Clinical Supervisor, Renal Urology

About the role

The Clinical Supervisor, Renal Urology is responsible for overseeing the clinical operations within the Renal Urology department at Northside Hospital Gwinnett. This position ensures that all clinical practices meet regulatory standards and patient care guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical activities to ensure quality patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for improvement
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements
• Provide mentorship and guidance to nursing staff
• Participate in staff meetings and departmental committees

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Experience in renal urology preferred

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and patients
