Responsibilities
- Supervision and Consultation
- Accountable for clinic productivity and performance
- Provide clinical oversight to the clinic’s Mental Health Practitioners and Professionals
- Sign clinical documentation for pre-licensed providers
- Provide 1:1 consultation with all therapy staff
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan
- Complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff
- Participate and lead clinic’s community outreach and engagement efforts
- Collaborate with Ellie's Marketing Team to promote the clinic’s online visibility
Requirements
- Master’s degree with current licensure in the state of Virginia as an LCSW and be a Virginia Board Approved Supervisor
- Available to be on-site to provide oversight to clinical staff and see patients in Yorktown, Va.
- Passionate about quality evidence-based treatment and contributing to the field by training and supervising others
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice
- Excellent time management skills
