Clinical Supervisor, Licensed Psychologist (PsyD/PhD)

Zeeva is a woman-owned and operated psychotherapy practice dedicated to providing high-quality, accessible mental health care. We are committed to excellence and human connection, and we are seeking a Clinical Psychologist Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities

• A clinical caseload of approximately 15 therapy sessions per week
• Supervision of 6 associate therapists, including intake assessments and treatment plan oversight
• Co-signing clinical documentation and crisis availability for supervisees
• Coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations for supervisees
• Leading clinical supervisor team collaboration and organizational growth planning

Requirements

• Active California licensure as a Clinical Psychologist (PsyD or PhD)
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience; supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Deep grounding in trauma-informed, whole-person clinical practice
• Strong diagnostic skills, including complex differential diagnosis and DSM-5 expertise
• Experience in behavioral health or psychotherapy settings
• Training and/or certification in evidence-based practices
• Working knowledge of HIPAA and California ethical and legal requirements

Pay

Base salary for Clinical Supervisor (PsyD/PhD): $135,000. Additional compensation available for supervising up to 4 licensed therapists (up to $172,000 and beyond).

Schedule

Full-time position with flexible scheduling to accommodate clinical needs and personal commitments.
