Responsible for planning and delivering direct and indirect nursing care to patients, families, and care partners, ensuring safe and optimal health outcomes. Coordinates multi-disciplinary team members, providing professional leadership and support to nursing staff while promoting Patient Centered Care and Service Excellence standards.
