About the Role

Oversee night-shift operations in an acute care hospital ICU, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

• Supervise ICU nursing staff and coordinate patient care to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to standards.
• Support bedside RNs with complex cases and manage staffing and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
