Responsibilities
- Sets the tone and models positive leadership behavior
- Ensures successful completion of individual and teamwork tasks, projects, and responsibilities in support of departmental and organizational goals
Requirements
- Current certification as a Certified Medical Assistant by the American Association of Medical Assistants, or a Registered Medical Assistant by the American Society of Medical Technologists, or a Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA) by the National Association for Health Professionals (NAHP)
- Two (2) years of healthcare experience
- Two (2) years of leadership experience in a healthcare or physician office setting
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or Certificate
