Clinical Supervisor II (LPN) - FPG OB/GYN, Sarasota

About the Role

This leader has accountability and oversight, and supervises the daily activities of the department, shift, or area. In this role, the leader sets the tone and models positive leadership behavior, while ensuring individual and teamwork tasks, projects, and responsibilities are completed successfully in support of departmental and organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the department, shift, or area in an outpatient physician office setting.
• Model positive leadership behavior and ensure tasks, projects, and responsibilities are completed to support departmental and organizational goals.

Requirements

• Two (2) years of healthcare experience.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program.
• Basic Life Support/CPR certification; must be obtained within thirty (30) days of hire/transfer if not already certified.
• Active State of Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Two (2) years of leadership experience in a healthcare or physician office setting.
