Responsibilities

  • Oversee clinical care from admission through discharge.
  • Manage care delivery and supervise personnel.
  • Conduct caregiver orientation and competency evaluations.
  • Lead training, education, and skill development initiatives.
  • Perform both office-based and field duties, including home visits.

Requirements

  • Active RN license (in applicable state).
  • Minimum 1 year of RN experience preferred.
  • Supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use.
  • Team-oriented with excellent customer service abilities.

Pay

Salary Range: $72,000 – $78,000 + $5,000 annual bonus potential. Additional sign-on bonus available for new hires.

Schedule

Consistent Monday–Friday schedule with regular business hours.
