Join The Villages as our Clinical Supervisor for our Family Preservation Services (FPS) program and play a vital role in strengthening families, developing staff, and ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed care across Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and consultation to staff.
• Monitor client progress and oversee treatment planning.
• Ensure services meet agency, licensing, and accreditation standards.
• Train and onboard new team members.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Social Work with an emphasis on Clinical Practice or Master’s in clinical or counseling psychology or Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy or other related degree.
• Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) through the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board is required.
• Two years previous experience in either a clinical or child welfare setting.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
