Clinical Supervisor
About RWC
At Roots Wellness Center we treat co-occurring disorders through the lens of social justice. We believe that for many, chronic social injustice fuels the cycle of illness, addiction, and pain. We view mental health and substance use conditions in the context of white supremacy, capitalism and patriarchy and aim to navigate trauma through a critical systemic lens, and heal intergenerational trauma by utilizing our knowledge of somatic and vagus nerve healing, holistic health and ancestral, bilateral practices.
