Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of clinicians delivering outpatient and partial hospitalization (PHP) services for adults with mental health and co-occurring disorders.
- Conduct clinical assessments to determine appropriate level of care and assign DSM-5-TR diagnoses.
- Guide staff in the development and implementation of individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings and participate in case consultations.
- Provide individual and group clinical supervision to licensed and unlicensed clinicians.
- Maintain a manageable caseload, as needed, to support program flow and continuity of care.
- Partner with the Program Director on program development, performance improvement, and quality assurance initiatives.
- Complete clinical documentation reviews, including routine chart audits.
- Respond to client crises and promote a safe, therapeutic treatment environment.
- Ensure all services meet licensing, regulatory, CARF, and organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active Pennsylvania licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
- Minimum of five (5) years of post-licensure experience in behavioral health settings.
- At least five (5) years of supervisory or clinical leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of co-occurring treatment approaches and outpatient levels of care.
