Clinical Supervisor - Endocrinology Clinic

About the role

Supervises around 20 staff in Endocrinology Clinics located in Parkville and Plaza.

Responsibilities

• Manages administrative and clinical functions related to the daily operations of the clinic.
• Serves as supervisor for assigned clinical departments.
• Oversees all resources and functions related to patient care, including ordering supplies, QA, regulatory compliance, OSHA maintenance, and regular staff meetings.
• Trains and develops assigned employees, including making hiring decisions, providing discipline, and conducting staff evaluations.
• Affords assistance to clinical staff as needed.
• Ensures achievement of quality healthcare and high patient satisfaction.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kansas or Missouri.
• Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross.

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of applicable experience.

Skills

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
