Position Overview: Responsible for planning and delivering direct and indirect nursing care to patients, families, and care partners. Leads and coordinates multidisciplinary team members to achieve safe, effective health outcomes. Provides professional leadership, supports staff, and ensures adherence to the facility's vision, mission, and goals. Emphasizes Patient Centered Care and Service Excellence standards in all duties.
