Clinical Supervisor - DTI

Your Toolkit Should Include

• Active California LMFT, LCSW, or Registered Psychologist license (or license-eligible/waivered status per DMH requirements)
• 3+ years of experience working with children in behavioral health or related settings
• 1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, therapeutic milieu, and child/family systems
• Familiarity with Medi-Cal Specialty Mental Health Services, Title 9, and DMH documentation standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Able to support staff, manage program operations, and maintain compliance standards
• Valid California Driver’s License
• Bilingual Spanish preferred

• Monitoring program quality, clinical outcomes, and operational effectiveness
• Helping create a safe, structured, and supportive environment where children can thrive
