Your Toolkit Should Include
- Active California LMFT, LCSW, or Registered Psychologist license (or license-eligible/waivered status per DMH requirements)
- 3+ years of experience working with children in behavioral health or related settings
- 1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, therapeutic milieu, and child/family systems
- Familiarity with Medi-Cal Specialty Mental Health Services, Title 9, and DMH documentation standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Able to support staff, manage program operations, and maintain compliance standards
- Valid California Driver’s License
- Bilingual Spanish preferred

- Managing daily operations including staffing, scheduling, census, and workflow
- Supporting crisis response, behavioral interventions, and client engagement strategies
- Ensuring services align with Medi-Cal, Title 9, and LA County DMH standards
- Building strong partnerships with families and community providers to promote continuity of care
- Monitoring program quality, clinical outcomes, and operational effectiveness
- Helping create a safe, structured, and supportive environment where children can thrive
