The Role
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will gain experience and supervision hours leading a team of technicians in ABA treatment programs. Responsibilities include:
- Supervising treatment teams to ensure quality services and protocol adherence.
- Conducting FBA, skill assessments, and developing behavior and skill acquisition plans.
- Writing clinical reports and supporting BIP implementation.
- Mentoring RBTs and conducting parent training sessions.
- Monthly meetings with parents to review progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, child development, speech and language pathology, or related field.
- Enrolled in an ABA Master's program and actively working towards BCBA credential.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification.
- Two years of ABA experience or 12 completed units of ABA graduate coursework.
