Job Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with client goals.
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and performance feedback to Behavior Technicians in accordance with BACB standards.
- Model effective intervention strategies and ensure treatment integrity across home, school, and clinic settings.
- Analyze client data regularly and adjust programming to promote measurable progress.
- Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and clinical team members to promote generalization of skills.
- Maintain timely documentation, including session notes, progress reports, and treatment plan updates.
- Ensure compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory guidelines (BACB, HIPAA, insurance, etc.).
- Participate in staff training, professional development, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing required.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or clinical experience in ABA preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate team members.
- Experience working in multiple settings (home, school, clinic) preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in electronic data collection systems (e.g., Boost, HiRasmus) and data analysis tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between client sites.
