Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision to counseling staff regarding clinical and non-clinical practices and mental health services.
- Provide direct client care.
- Assess and develop therapeutic skills.
- Partner with a team of professionals to deliver family-driven, strength-based services.
- Identify, implement, and promote staff training needs to comply with agency standards, licensing, and professional development.
Requirements
- Master's level in human services field and licensed in South Dakota to practice mental health counseling.
- Qualified Mental Health Provider (QMHP) certification or eligibility.
- Two years of post-graduate experience is required.
