Qualifications
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or marriage and family counseling
- Licensed with a minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience in the mental health field, with the ability to provide clinical supervision
- Strong clinical skills with proven experience working with high-needs children and families
- Knowledge of family-centered, strengths-based service approaches
- Excellent communication, organizational, computer, leadership, and supervisory skills
- Valid California driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance required
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group clinical supervision, including reviewing and co-signing documentation such as progress notes, reports, and assessments.
- Offer clinical support through case coverage, therapeutic group facilitation, and consultation, including oversight in the Program Director’s absence.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and ensure compliance with documentation standards in collaboration with Program Director and Quality Assurance.
- Participate in required meetings, trainings, and collaborative activities while adhering to agency policies, procedures, and ethical/licensing standards.
- Manage work schedule to meet program needs and perform additional duties as assigned.
