Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or marriage and family counseling
• Licensed with a minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience in the mental health field, with the ability to provide clinical supervision
• Strong clinical skills with proven experience working with high-needs children and families
• Knowledge of family-centered, strengths-based service approaches
• Excellent communication, organizational, computer, leadership, and supervisory skills
• Valid California driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance required

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group clinical supervision, including reviewing and co-signing documentation such as progress notes, reports, and assessments.
• Offer clinical support through case coverage, therapeutic group facilitation, and consultation, including oversight in the Program Director’s absence.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and ensure compliance with documentation standards in collaboration with Program Director and Quality Assurance.
• Participate in required meetings, trainings, and collaborative activities while adhering to agency policies, procedures, and ethical/licensing standards.
• Manage work schedule to meet program needs and perform additional duties as assigned.
