Division/Program: Modesto FSP - Children's Behavioral Health Center
Starting Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000 USD per year
Working Location: Modesto, CA
Working Hours/Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Hybrid schedule with onsite attendance 2-3 days per week.

Requirements
- Master's degree in a Mental Health Field.
- Five (5) years of experience in a mental health field providing direct clinical care, preferably with children or adolescents in residential or community-based settings.
- Two (2) years of leadership experience preferred.
- Experience working with county mental health is highly desired.
- Licensed as MFT, LCSW, or LPCC required, plus two (2) years post licensure experience and able to provide Clinical Supervision to BBS-registered associates.
- A valid California Driver’s License and eligibility to meet agency driving criteria.
Responsibilities
- Hiring, training, and supervising staff who provide services to youth and families.
- Ensuring team members follow program guidelines, receive ongoing support and training, and provide quality care to clients.
- Participating in treatment meetings and supporting crisis intervention.
- Overseeing program operations and providing therapy services when needed.
- Assessing youth for services and coordinating referrals.
- Ensuring all documentation and reports are completed accurately and on time.
- Transporting clients/client family members utilizing personal vehicle when required.
Division/Program Overview
Population Served (Capacity): Ages 0-18
Facility & Setting: Outpatient community-based services and support. Delivers client services throughout Stanislaus County within designated county limits.
Clinical Services (Core): Individual and family counseling
Skills & Services: After-School Groups/Activities and Crisis intervention services
