Qualifications:
- Illinois Nursing Licensure
- Two (2) years hospice or home care experience
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience (i.e. charge nurse)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Associates Degree in Nursing Required, Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Spend at least two days weekly as a patient care provider.
- Take on-call, as required.
Community Interaction:
- Help to maintain on-going physician, nursing home, and hospital relationships
- Provides education to groups seeking information about hospice and the hospice philosophy
