CLINICAL SUPERVISOR

What You Will Do

• Play a key role in helping the Clinical team do their best work while ensuring clients receive high-quality, well-coordinated care.
• Provide weekly supervision, offer ongoing coaching and feedback, monitor daily performance, and step in with guidance or crisis support when challenges arise.
• Review and approve treatment plans, audit clinical files for accuracy and compliance, and help coordinate services across the program.
• Support the growth and development of our team by tracking required training, encouraging continued learning, and creating opportunities for staff development.
• Be involved in hiring, performance evaluations, employee recognition, corrective action, and staff dismissals.

Requirements

• Possess a Master’s degree in Psychology or Social Work
• Must be licensed in the state of Arkansas (LPC, LAC, LMSW, LSCW, LMFT)
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience
• Must have prior experience supervising staff
• Knowledge of educational resource programs is preferred
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test
• Pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry
• Meet the requirements to be an eligible driver, including having an active Driver’s License

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; hours may vary based on need.
