Clinical Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
• Manage Employee Schedule
• Train new employees
• Handle multiple projects at a time in a fast-paced clinic environment
• Order office supplies and equipment
• Vendor Management
• Ensure Clinical Equipment meets inspection criteria of various regulatory agencies
• Provide support to management, other employees, and office visitors
• Handle a variety of tasks to ensure positive and productive interactions

Requirements

• 5+ years of office administrator experience in a clinical setting
• Bachelor's Degree
