About the role

Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and oversight for clients with autism spectrum disorder, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and Functional Behavioral Assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Oversee a team of Program Managers and Behavior Interventionists, offering mentorship, feedback, and professional development
• Maintain billable hours and supervise staff according to BACB standards
• Deliver direct services to clients
• Collaborate with educational teams when applicable

Requirements

• Master’s degree
• BCBA certification
• Strong skills in ABA, clinical practice, communication, time management, and interpersonal relations
• Bilingual abilities (especially Spanish) are valued
