About the Role

Join our team of dedicated professionals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. As a BCBA at Holding Hands Inc., you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans that promote positive outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill assessments to develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Collaborate closely with Behavior Technicians and caregivers to ensure effective implementation of behavior intervention plans and provide ongoing supervision and training to expand your reach.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Use evidence-based methods to track progress, assess results, and make informed adjustments to interventions based on data analysis.
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists, educators, and clinicians, to ensure integrated and holistic care for our clients and their families.
  • Stay current with best practices in behavior analysis and participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders
  • Advanced knowledge about autism spectrum disorder
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • CPR certification in both pediatrics and adults
  • Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience with a variety of assessment tools and report writing
  • Bilingual (preferred)
