About the role
Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ABA programs for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, collaborating with families and professionals to customize care plans. Supervises direct care staff and travels between clients to ensure quality service. Evaluates and updates client progress reports using advanced data collection software and participates in organizational improvements leveraging OBM principles.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Education, ABA, or related field
- Proven experience in developing and implementing ABA client programs
- Enthusiastic leader with skills in training, managing, and supporting entry-level staff
Key Duties
- Design and tailor ABA interventions to meet individual needs
- Supervise behavior therapists and coordinate client visits
- Monitor and document client progress
