Clinical Supervisor

About the role

The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) provides leadership, clinical oversight, and supervision for behavioral therapy services targeting children with autism spectrum disorders. The role ensures high-quality client care through direct services and mentoring of clinical team members to support their professional growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), skill assessments, and treatment plan development.
• Maintain billable hours while delivering clinical services.
• Conduct assessments such as ABLLS-R and VB-MAPP.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) in accordance with BACB standards.
• Collaborate with educational teams during Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
• Foster a supportive environment through ongoing training and mentorship.
• Uphold high standards for client outcomes and team performance.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Strong ABA and clinical skills.
• Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal abilities.
• Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are valued.
