Join Ellie Mental Health's new clinic in Glens Falls, NY as a Clinical Supervisor, where you’ll provide support to our compassionate and driven Pre-Licensed therapist dedicated to transforming mental health care. About the Role
Provide clinical supervision for up to 5 LMSW's or MHC's, ensuring high standards of ethical and legal compliance. Maintain a smaller caseload to stay connected to direct client care. Support the Assistant Clinic Director to promote professional growth and clinical excellence. Develop and oversee treatment plans using evidence-based interventions. Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated, whole-person care. Track client progress and adapt treatment approaches as needed. Participate in community engagement and outreach initiatives. Stay informed on the latest research and best practices in mental health.

- Master’s degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling
- Active LCSW or LMHC-D license in New York State.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience; supervisory experience preferred.

- A collaborative spirit and passion for empowering both clients and clinicians.
- Commitment to evidence-based, client-centered care.
