Clinical Supervisor

Primary Responsibilities

• Aid in ensuring all direct-service staff meet the DPH standard of required supervision (1 hour for every 20 hours of direct client contact)
• Provide regular clinical supervision and support for direct service counselor/advocates
• Facilitate the learning of staff regarding trauma, mental health, attachment, and addiction
• Monitor record keeping and compliance with confidentiality requirements
• Offer support to staff with urgent needs relating to emergency interventions, including suicide risks assessments, mandated reporting consultations, and assistance with de-escalation, in a timely manner
• Meet with ED and management team as needed

Required Credentials and Qualifications

• One of the following is required: LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), MSW with demonstrated supervisory experience and eligibility to provide supervision, LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor)
• Experience providing supervision required
• Hybrid work options available
• Clinical supervision specific training preferred
• Knowledge of generally accepted counseling practices, standards, and legal responsibilities
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Experience working with sexual assault and domestic violence survivors preferred

Compensation and Benefits

This position has a range of $50 to $70 per hour, negotiable based on licensure, experience, and qualifications. This is a part-time position and is not eligible for benefits through EFC.
