Clinical Supervisor
About the role
Provide professional clinical leadership, maintain work schedule for nursing department staff, delegate tasks, monitor overtime and adjust schedules accordingly, approve time off requests for nursing staff and adjust schedule as needed, provide orientation and training for new nursing staff members, assist in annual employee evaluations, coordinate nursing staff meetings as needed, delegate nursing task, inventory medical supplies and submit supply orders as needed, monitor budgetary constraints, maintain DMG policy and procedures, doctor/patient liaison, maintain patient confidentiality, assure OSHA/Safety compliance, meet regularly with office manager. Provides supervision over assigned nursing staff for the site.
Qualifications
- CPR Certified
- At least 3 years nursing experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience

Work environment

Pay
Base pay range of $58,252.90 - $87,379.14 annualized, with actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives.
