About the role
The Clinical Supervisor provides leadership to CHD’s Pine Street outpatient clinic, supporting high-quality care in a community behavioral health setting. Working closely with the Program Director, the supervisor offers clinical guidance, oversight of daily operations, and maintains community relationships. This role is integral to a multidisciplinary team, ensuring coordinated, client-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver regular clinical supervision to master’s-level and licensed clinicians, as well as second-year interns
- Ensure adherence to best practices and funder requirements
- Oversee chart reviews, documentation, data reporting, and quality improvement efforts
- Collaborate across disciplines and service lines
Requirements
- Degree in behavioral health
- Massachusetts independent license: LMHC (3+ years required for LMHC), LICSW, or LMFT
- Understanding of evidence-based practices (MI, DBT, CBT, ACRA, etc.)
Pay
Starting at $80,000; rate commensurate with experience.
