Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our Intensive Care Coordination (ICC) team. In this role, you will provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to staff while supporting parents and caregivers of youth with behavioral health needs. Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative oversight of Bachelors, Masters, and other professional level Care Coordinators.
• Work as part of the supervisory team to create and implement various policies and procedures.
• Deliver initial and ongoing Wraparound training and ensure high-fidelity Wraparound is provided to youth/families.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in a mental health related field required.
• Licensure at independent level in discipline or LCSW eligible for independent licensure within 6 months.
• Certification in the Massachusetts CANS required.
• Minimum of three years’ experience providing behavioral health services to youth and families.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Experience working collaboratively with state agencies, consumer advocacy groups, and/or behavioral health outpatient facilities.
• Experience in a home-based or Wraparound program is preferred.
• Familiarity with Internet, word processing, and email systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay

$80,000–$86,000 annually, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus.
