Clinical Supervisor

Our Company All Ways Caring HomeCare Overview This position oversees delivery of consumer support services for assigned locations. Supervises personnel to achieve service, clinical, and financial objectives within general resources and reimbursement models. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through quality assurance activities. Multiple resource and/or reimbursement models may be involved in achieving objectives within broad guidelines. External Job Description Coordinates the interdisciplinary team for evaluation, selection of person(s) served and development/maintenance of his/her serviceSupervises operations to ensure compliance with contractual, legal and regulatory requirementsSupervises services to ensure compliance with All Ways Caring CARES standards, to ensure responsiveness to needs of person(s) servedSupervises services to ensure maximum attention to goals, functional limitations and safety of persons(s) served and documents all activities accordinglyParticipates in facilitating required clinical staff trainingEncourages clinical staff to report issues of non-compliance through appropriate channelsEducates and encourages clinical staff on incident prevention and timely reportingCoordinates clinical service delivery to ensure the provisions of quality service and supports for each person(s) servedSupervises the implementation of fiscal processes and loss control programs to ensure appropriate allocation and use of financial resourcesParticipates in planning and marketing efforts to promote new business development and a positive company imageSupervises efforts to foster a positive work environment and appropriate deployment of employees Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, or closely related field Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable work experience providing services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilitiesTwo-year previous supervisory experience preferredExperience in managing systems, processes, and peopleState licensure at the associate level required; independent level preferredAbility to communicate verbally and in writingWorking knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations concerning services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.Ability to use calculator and operate general office equipmentGood organizational skills and attention to detailProven supervisory skillsCapable of working responsibly with highly confidential informationMust be able to work independently as well as part of a teamTravel up to 25%Must be able to travel between sites, staying overnight as necessary About Our Line Of Business All Ways Caring HomeCare delivers quality, compassionate, and individualized care and support that helps people in need of assistance stay at home – all while maximizing their dignity, privacy, and independence.
