Responsibilities
- Lead ABA treatment programs for children and young adults with autism in a center-based setting.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to behavior technicians.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Monitor client progress through data-driven decision-making to optimize outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in ABA therapy and clinical supervision.
- Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and evidence-based interventions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
