Clinical Supervisor-ACCS

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will guide a team of Care Coordinators, represent BHN at key meetings, and collaborate with senior leadership to advance our HEART values: Humanity, Empowerment, Accountability, Respect, and Teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and clinical supervision to clinical staff
- Offer collateral consultation, including attending ISP, medication review, staff, and other treatment planning meetings
- Model for staff how to implement strategies from the Community Service Plan
- Represent BHN at local and state meetings as needed
- Perform other tasks as requested by the Senior Program Manager and Vice President
Requirements
- Master's Degree in a Mental Health or related field
- Five years of experience working in the field
- Two years in a supervisory capacity
- Professional clinical licensure (e.g., BCBA/LABA, LCSW, LICSW, LMHC)
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle available for all working hours
- Must be over 21
- Demonstrated willingness and ability to work with challenging and diverse client populations
- Working knowledge of community resources and how to help clients access them
