Clinical Supervision & Consultation
About the role
Karlee Davis offers individual and group supervision for LPC and LMFT Oregon Registered Associates and consultation for any licensed provider.
Responsibilities
Help clients navigate the many interweaving components of their presenting problems, including trauma, attachment, life changes, relationship issues, culture, systemic struggles, emotional difficulties, and various psychological conditions.
Work on strengthening clinical skills, addressing vicarious trauma, and preventing symptoms of burnout.
Support growth and development while considering the client's level of competency.
Requirements
Supervision is available for LPC and LMFT Oregon Registered Associates and consultation for any licensed provider.
Qualifications
Registered Associates who join the team and work with Ocean Mist Counseling and Wellness will receive free supervision.
Skills
Ability to provide effective supervision and consultation.
Benefits
Free supervision for Registered Associates working with Ocean Mist Counseling and Wellness.
Pay
- Individual supervision: $125 per hour for Registered Associates
- Group supervision: $65 per hour for Registered Associates and Licensed Providers
- Consultation: $145 per hour for Licensed Providers
