Clinical Study Manager

We're looking for experienced Clinical Study Managers to bring real-world operational knowledge to cutting-edge AI research projects — helping ensure that the AI systems influencing healthcare are built on a foundation of genuine clinical expertise.

What You'll Do

• Manage and oversee clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep projects on track
• Oversee study budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking across multiple vendors and partners
• Cook up coordination with CROs, investigational sites, and internal teams to ensure smooth operational execution
• Identify risks early, resolve operational issues, and maintain stakeholder alignment throughout the trial lifecycle
• Apply your real-world clinical operations experience to evaluate and improve AI-generated content in the healthcare and research domain
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Experienced clinical trial professional with a strong background in study project management
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and complex vendor relationships across multiple trials
• Skilled at coordinating cross-functional workstreams and keeping complex studies running smoothly
• Detail-oriented and systematic — you know how to spot problems before they become crises
• Strong written communicator who can document findings and feedback clearly
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
• Familiarity with AI tools or content evaluation workflows
• Background spanning multiple therapeutic areas or trial phases
• Experience working with global CROs or multinational research teams
