Clinical Study Manager

What You'll Do

• Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure studies stay on schedule
• Oversee study budgets, financial forecasting, and cost tracking across multiple vendors and partners
• Cook up seamless study operations by coordinating with CROs, investigator sites, and internal teams
• Spot operational risks early, resolve issues decisively, and keep all stakeholders aligned throughout the trial lifecycle
• Bring your real-world clinical expertise to help evaluate and improve AI-generated content related to clinical research

Who You Are

• Experienced in clinical trial project management — you've owned timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships
• Comfortable managing CROs, external research partners, and cross-functional teams simultaneously
• Skilled at juggling multiple workstreams without letting the details slip
• Methodical, proactive, and confident making decisions under pressure
• A clear and effective communicator across technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
• Familiarity with AI tools or research evaluation workflows
• Background in regulatory affairs, clinical data management, or medical affairs
