What You'll Do

• Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep studies on track and on schedule
• Oversee study budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking across multiple vendors and research partners
• Cook up coordination with CROs, investigative sites, and internal teams to ensure smooth, high-quality study execution
• Identify operational risks early, resolve issues proactively, and keep all stakeholders aligned throughout the trial lifecycle
• Apply your real-world clinical expertise to help train and evaluate AI models built for healthcare and life sciences applications

Who You Are

• Experienced in clinical trial project management — you know how to keep complex studies moving across budgets, timelines, and teams
• Skilled at managing vendors, CROs, and external research partners with confidence
• Able to coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing sight of quality or detail
• Clear, structured communicator who can keep stakeholders informed and aligned
• Self-directed and reliable when working independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
• Background working across multiple therapeutic areas or trial phases
• Familiarity with AI tools or clinical data platforms
