Patient Care Coordination

The coordinator assumes responsibility for critical coordination and management of the complex decisions and regulatory requirements of each research protocol. The coordinator is involved in all aspects of each research protocol.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the mission of UNMC and CHRI investigators to effectively participate in clinical research and investigational protocols for a variety of Pediatric specialties.

Requirements

• Complex understanding of health care aspects related to pediatrics and pediatric sub-specialties.
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple research protocols.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for clinical research.
• Strong communication skills to facilitate interactions with patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., biomedical science, public health, or a related field).
• Experience in clinical research or a related field.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
