Clinical Staffing Coordinator

Location: Nashville, TN. Facility: Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown. Department: Float Pool. Schedule: Day shift, Full-time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage clinical staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage within budget guidelines.
• Coordinate flex scheduling to minimize overstaffing, shortages, and overtime.
• Monitor attendance and maintain timekeeping systems, reporting issues to leadership and verifying competency completion for new hires prior to scheduling.
• Compile and track staffing and financial data for reporting and workforce analysis.

Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
