Minimum Requirements

  • Licensure / Certification / Registration: Pharmacist credentialed from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy required.
  • Education: Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.

Additional Preferences

  • PGY2 Residency in Pediatric or Adult Hematology/Oncology or equivalent work experience
  • Board certification in Pediatrics and/or Hematology/Oncology

How You’ll Make an Impact

Lead specialized pharmacy care by reviewing complex medication orders to prevent drug-related problems and ensure optimal patient outcomes in areas like oncology and cardiology.

Consult as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), guiding clinical leadership and cross-functional teams to elevate medication safety and therapeutic protocols system-wide.

Oversee technical personnel, ensuring precise compounding and dispensing of specialized medications for accurate and timely delivery of patient care.

Mentor the next generation of pharmacy professionals by serving as a preceptor for students, contributing to academic growth and knowledge sharing.
