About the Role
Works with members of the health care team to provide safe and effective drug therapy. Serves as a drug information resource to pharmacy, nursing, and medical staffs as well as to patients. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with Mercy's mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in pharmacy (minimum requirement)
- Current pharmacist license from state of practice
- At least 1 year of relevant pharmacy experience
Preferred Qualifications
- ACPE accredited immunization training with active CPR/BLS certification (required at certain locations based on operational needs or regulatory requirements)
