Clinical Specialist (Xper IM)

Home-based role with up to 90% travel across the United States.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Specialist (Xper IM) to support the Clinical Education Team by providing application training and clinical support for Philips Xper Information Management (Xper IM) systems used in Cardiac Cath Labs and Interventional Radiology departments. This role requires extensive travel and close collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure successful product adoption and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver basic and intermediate Xper IM application training at hospitals and healthcare facilities.
• Educate clinical staff on system functionality and best practices.
• Assess user competency and maintain accurate training documentation.
• Troubleshoot basic clinical application issues and escalate complex problems when needed.
• Provide ongoing support to customers and ensure a positive training experience.
• Work closely with internal teams to improve training materials and processes.
• Complete training reports and required documentation in a timely manner.
• Represent the company professionally during customer visits, meetings, and industry events.
• Manage company-issued equipment and support business objectives within the assigned region.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in Cardiac Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology, or 2 years of experience in a clinical applications role.
• Experience working with Philips Xper IM or similar cardiovascular information management systems.
• Knowledge of Philips cardiovascular imaging products is preferred.
• Experience with Volcano systems is a plus.
• Active ARRT Registered Technologist (RT) certification is required.
• Must hold at least one of the following certifications:
  • Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology (CV)
  • Cardiac Interventional Radiography (CI)
  • Vascular Interventional Radiography (VI)
  • OR active RCIS or RCES certification through CCI.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent clinical experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to travel extensively (up to 90%) across the United States.
