About the role

The Clinical Specialist II or III will be responsible for providing clinical support to healthcare providers using MedTech products. This includes training, education, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support to healthcare providers using MedTech products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare, biomedical engineering).
• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical or technical support role.
• Strong understanding of medical devices and their applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Experience with MedTech products is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of medical device regulations and standards is beneficial.
