About the Role

Promote AngioDynamics’ products through the education of current and potential customers, providing clinical education and technical support to deliver world-class service. This field position involves case coverage, follow-up, support, troubleshooting, customer service, and education for AngioDynamics’ products. Requires 85% travel and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain current knowledge about assigned products, services, competitive products, and disease states.
  • Attend internal/external education meetings and read professional journals to maintain and enhance clinical competency.
  • Provide clinical support and training for AngioDynamics’ products as assigned.
  • Stay current on the latest clinical data relating to AngioDynamics’ products.
  • Educate the Sales Team on clinical data and new developments, emphasizing clinical benefits and patient safety.
  • Demonstrate clinical differences and patient outcomes between AngioDynamics’ products and competitive products.
  • Train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical matters through one-on-one sessions, in-service programs, seminars, and symposiums.
  • Engage in basic market development activities as needed for the assigned geography.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • 5 years of clinical experience in interventional radiology, cardiology, or surgery.
  • Effective communication skills, including interaction with medical staff, Sales, Marketing, and Global Franchise Leaders.
  • Strong teaching skills with the ability to translate complex instructions clearly.
  • Precision, accuracy, and high attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze and recommend changes to training documents.
  • Proficiency in constructing effective training programs.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Qualifications

  • RT, RN, PA, CCP, RA, ARNP, or similar clinical credential required.
  • BS in a clinical field preferred.
