Clinical Solutions Lead – Physician Track
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical design workshops with physicians, clinical leaders, and operational stakeholders
- Own end-to-end workflow design and solution decisions for the domain
- Translate clinical and operational requirements into system design and configuration direction
- Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure adherence to Oracle Health (Cerner) methodologies and iterative design cycles
- Partner with build/configuration teams to ensure accurate implementation
- Identify risks, gaps, and optimization opportunities within workflows
- Act as the primary accountable lead for the assigned clinical domain
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Oracle Health / Cerner implementation experience
- Experience leading solution design across at least 2 full Oracle Health EHR/HIS/CIS implementations
- Experience supporting workshops/discussions with clinical stakeholders related to Emergency Department workflows
- Strong understanding of high-acuity clinical environments and patient flow
- Proven ability to lead fast-paced design workshops with clinical stakeholders
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
