As a YouthConnect Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in our holistic approach to comprehensive youth services. You will engage with families in a confidential, voluntary, and free capacity, working in collaboration with a team of social workers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and outreach to youth and families upon police referral
- Engage in a tiered approach to service delivery, including Therapy Services, Clinical Case Management, and Resource Coordination
- Support families in defining and pursuing their individual goals through a customized intervention plan
- Manage caseload under the supervision of a clinical supervisor, enhancing professional growth and impact
Requirements
- Masters of Social Work (MSW)
- Reliable vehicle
Salary & Benefits
In addition to a $1,500 signing bonus, we offer a competitive salary and benefits including:
- Salary: $87,500/year-$91,155/year - commensurate with experience
