Clinical Social Worker - Psychiatric Inpatient Program (PIP) - California Medical Facility (CMF)

Job Summary

This position is located at California Medical Facility n in Vacaville, Solano County. The Clinical Social Worker (Health/CF) Safety conducts assessments, provides group therapy, and coordinates placement with community resources.

Pay and Benefits

The monthly salary range for this position is $1,735.60 to $2,113.80. Employees may be eligible for a 15% pay differential due to their location at the Psychiatric Inpatient Program. Additional benefits include a potential recruitment and retention bonus, a $5,000 referral bonus, and a $10,000 one-time recruitment and retention stipend.

Qualifications

• You must possess a valid Associate Clinical Social Worker license issued by the California Board of Behavioral Science.
• Employees may be eligible for a 15% pay differential due to their location at the Psychiatric Inpatient Program.
• Only employees who provide direct patient care, treating patients in-person, on grounds or at a facility more than 50% of the pay period, are eligible for the pay differential.
• Eligible for a $10,000 one-time recruitment and retention stipend after six months of employment.
• Eligible for a monthly recruitment and retention differential totaling $20,000 during the first year of employment, if eligible.
• Eligible for a $5,000 referral bonus if selected for hire and remain employed with CCHCS for 90 days.
