About the Role
We are seeking a social worker to provide clinical social work services within a hospital setting, focusing on emergency and inpatient care.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients and families' personal, medical, and environmental needs.
- Develop and implement psychosocial interventions and treatment plans.
- Participate in discharge planning and coordinate with healthcare teams and community agencies to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work.
- LCSW in MA required; LICSW preferred.
- Strong clinical skills with experience in therapeutic modalities.
- Preferred experience in medical/hospital social work.
Applicants from diverse backgrounds encouraged; Spanish skills are a plus.
Schedule
Every other Saturday/Sunday, 8-hour daytime shifts.
