Responsibilities
- Conducting psychosocial and risk assessments
- Developing diagnoses and creating interventions and treatment plans
- Collaborating with healthcare teams and community agencies to plan, implement, and follow up on discharge and outpatient services
Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work
- LCSW licensure in MA (LICSW preferred)
Skills
- Strong clinical skills
- Experience with therapeutic modalities
- Medical social work background (preferred)
- Multilingual skills, including Spanish (a plus)
Schedule
Weekend evenings, 8-hour shifts.
